Where do I start?
Sign in to your account (Don’t have a log in? Create one!).
On any product page, select “Subscribe and save 30%”, add to cart, and when you check out make sure to log in to your ProHEMP account!
When does it ship?
You decide! Choose how frequently you would like to receive the product–every 1 month, 3 months, 6 months! Then we will process your first order the day it is placed, and subscription orders will be processed and shipped according to the frequency you chose!
How do I update payment?
To update the payment method on your subscription, just make sure you are logged into your account. Go to My Account, click on Payment methods. To add a new card, click Add payment method and fill out the new information. Edit or Delete a cards with the buttons to the right of each payment method.
How do I make subscription changes?
To make changes to a subscription, make sure you are logged into your account. Click on My Account, then click on Subscriptions. Click the product subscription you would like to change, then you can edit the frequency, delete it, or anything else!
If you would like to manipulate your subscriptions in a way this website doesn’t (currently) support, you can contact us asking to adjust them.
What happens when I cancel a subscription?
When you cancel an “active” subscription, the subscription ends after the next shipment.
If you cancel a subscription in “pending”, it just ends.
We would like to provide more options, but this is the way it currently behaves. Again, ask us if you need special assistance.
Why should I subscribe?
To save money! It’s called Subscribe and Save for a reason! Each time you create a subscription, you save 30% now and on all the recurring subscription orders!
Do I pay for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $35! Any orders less than $35 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99 for ground shipping. Make sure your orders qualify for free shipping by ordering $35+!
Are there exceptions?
To use the subscription function, you must have an account on buyprohemp.com. If you do not have an account, it will ask you to make an account!
Some discounts and offers do not combine with the Autoship discounts or vice-versa.
