FREE SHIPPING on all orders during the months of November and December.
Expect delays during the holiday season. To receive your orders by Christmas, make sure to order before December 15th.
Orders placed between December 24th and January 1st may encounter delays due to holiday closures.**
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours (8:00am-5:00pm) Monday through Friday. Each order is assigned a tracking number that will be sent to the email from which the order was placed. If you do not receive a tracking number or would like to inquire about the status of your order, feel free to call us or contact email@example.com.
Free shipping on orders over $35. Shipping is limited to the United States and U.S. Territories. Orders under $35 will be charged a $7.99 flat rate.
We are confident that these products will do the trick! But if you have any problems, don’t sweat it. We have a lifetime guarantee! Rest easy knowing that ALL ProHEMP products are guaranteed to satisfy your needs. If not, just send it back.
The return shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We will fully refund the cost of the product once we have received it. Returns for damaged products are not required, but documentation (pictures or video) is much appreciated.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise at any time for any reason FOREVER!
If you have purchased any ProHEMP products from a third-party store or website, please visit the original purchase location for returns or exchanges. If that is not possible, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help make it right!
What is the Lifetime Guarantee? ProHEMP’s Lifetime Guarantee is our family’s policy. We put our heart and soul into these products, and we are so confident that you will like them, that if there’s ever a problem (broken bottle, doesn’t work, etc.) the product can be returned at any time!
What if my product never arrives? We hope this doesn’t happen! There is a tracking number connected to each order, and if the package arrives, damaged or is lost in transit (as shown on the tracking info) we will replace it! Send us a message with your order number and tracking information at email@example.com, and we will make it right!
When will my return be refunded? Refunds begin as soon as we receive the product back. Please attach package tracking information in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make sure to start your refund as soon as we get your product!
Note: broken bottles do NOT need to be returned. Just take a picture or video to document the damage, send email@example.com the documentation with your order number and tracking information, then safely dispose of the broken bottles.
